Skyburg Partner Center

The office complex building will be built on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, in close proximity to the Skoltech University (MIT), the Park of Sciences named after Zhores Alferov, the Yandex campus and the International Medical Cluster (MMK). Variants of the architectural appearance and sketches of the Partner Center are offered by leading architectural bureaus. The total area (GBA) of the building will be 72.7 thousand sq. m., of which the usable area is 61.8 thousand sq. m The completion of the project is scheduled for 2027
